This redesign not only improved the aesthetics of the portal, but also increased its functionality, allowing users to manage more quickly and efficiently.
🔍 Strategic Relocation of Services: Key services such as the "Refer and Earn" Referral Program, Equipment Inquiry, and the option to Link Payment Method have been repositioned in more prominent modules of the Dashboard, facilitating immediate access.
📱 Enhanced Equipment Inquiry: A module has been implemented in the dashboard that offers a clear and simple inquiry of the status and balance of equipment, significantly improving usability.
🛠 Optimization of Fault Reporting: For the fixed service, the process of reporting problems has been optimized, facilitating efficient communication of incidents.
✨ Dashboard Redesign: The Dashboard now presents an efficient combination of account information and main management functions, including plan updates.
💡 Optimized Shortcuts: Shortcuts have been improved, presenting clearer and more functional options, which enhances the overall navigability of the portal.
